Susanne Tafvelin, Associate Professor of Psychology, has won a large research grant (23MSEK) from Forte, for the project Appropriate automation: towards an understanding of robots and AI in the social services from an organizational and user perspective. The project will study consequences for employees and users as automation, in terms of robots and AI, are introduced in the social services. Project collaborators include Andreas Stenling, Jan Hjelte, Linda Richter Sundberg, and Vicenc Torra.
